Their baaack... ^o^ Oh god, I'm actually trying to decide which one I like better! *^^* I do have to say -just out of curiosity- I would like to see a Candy Girl. I wonder how long it will take before they can walk, talk and reason for themselves? It's only a matter of time...

No lie but I got asked about this twice today at work. I guess something was on CNN about this or something like this in Japan. Does anyone know anything?

Yikes, Candy girls look scary. It would seem a little shameful having to rent one for 2 hours. And the idea of it being an item that is rented i.e. hotel suites, cars, etc. makes me want to throw up since one could imagine the many situations it might have been in prior to being in your care @@.

candy gal + AI development + cybernetics = passive aka touch response sexaroids. Yeah

Maybe I shld set a lfie goal to create one.

However I think a decent looking sexaroid that can move on its own is still quite impossible for the time being.

Anyway the dough kneading clip on the site never cease to amuse me. LOL

the ball joints is pretty small for a doll thats life size, so I guess its held by magnets as well

the hole.jpg at the site is rather amusing, wonders if they put 3 of that thingy within a doll or not.

Candy Girl is dandy and all of that, but I would actually prefer a living, breathing and thinking type of woman that can make decisions a robot could not (not that I hate robots I love 'em). Erm I wouldn't want to rent one AND the price is way to high, but thats what you get for getting as close to real as possible. I say real is better!

Just to set the record straight (using my not-so-impressive Japanese skills): these are all Candy Girls. The Candy Girl Ai is actually a version of the model known as the Jewel Petit F (the F means she has bigger eyes than the basic Jewel Petit). The Petit models are 140 cm; Orient also has 150 cm dolls and now, with the Jewel Rosa, 155 cm dolls. And no, I am not considering getting one ^^.
