vader armor is nice and all... but vader is aprox. 2 meters tall... most of us will be lacking the height to pull it off... but it'd still be cool...

I think the costume looks great! It doesnt matter how tall you are, all that matters in the end is that you want to honor the greatest sci-fi movie series ever made! ^_^

BTW I know a lot of people disagree with me, but I really enjoyed Revenge of the Sith. It concluded how Anakin fell to the dark side, and brought a new level of understanding on the series. Not to mention the lightsaber duels were the best in the series. Thats how Jedi duels should look! ^_^

Here in Paris there's an exhibitions in the Cité des Sciences about Star Wars, with lots of stuff and objects from the movies, including a "human-sized vader" that i'm sure you would enjoy ;) I've got some pics that i will try to show you on the web ASAP...

Don't know where to a get a good Vader costume but the one you're showing looks good. Just hopefully it doesn't go through a "CostumeJunkie" phase. X.X

But that would be funny if I could find a Vader costume...

Me: Danny, I am your father.
Danny: No... it can't be true...
Me: Search it in your heart, you know it to be true.
Danny: NNNOOOOOOOOOOOO- wait... how can you be my father if you're younger than me?
Me: Uh... that's not important right now!

It's cool that you have plans to buy a Darth Vader suit. You should take into account that Darth Vader is 2.02 meters tall (in armor). So if you're shorter then that then wear some kind of special boots to make yourself taller, because a short Darth Vader would look quite stupid.

I have a suit buyed two years ago from a couple of sellers. Is more expensive than buying it from only one seller, but you can get a best suit from the parts.
On ebay there is an user named Portumac that made the best props from Darth Vader. You could search for it. He´s sure the best seller i know.

Sorry about my english

If you get a Vader outfit, you HAVE to get this: http://masterreplicas.com/customer/starwars/starwars_product_detail.php?pid=8387
About $120USD (not including shipping to Japan). The web site even has a video of two of the sabers being used in a play. The sabers light up and down with an animation, play sounds when the saber is idle, swung, powers up and down, and crashes into something. You can get it for $20USD cheaper at www.thinkgeek.com , but I don't know if they ship to where you live...
