I never noticed those lines until you pointed them out. They're not that prominant in the anime, I don't think. Or maybe I just don't think about the Destiny Gundam given it's extremely generic.
Kinda ironic on the same day I decided to rewatch my old Final Plus Gundam SEED Destiny episode I come here and you're talking about a mod for Destiny Gundam. I almost laughed when I saw this... in a good way. As for the "jester" tears I have never seen those on Destiny within the series even though Destiny was not on fairly. But that's a good way to make them show off even more than what Bandai lazily did.
Nice effort, Danny. Your Destiny Gundam definitely looks more menacing now. Actually not only the CR version's slit is tiny, even the 1-100 scale model's version doesn't look good. I was hoping that Bandai really made a slit in the face part of Destiny for that model, but it ends up as two little "scars", really dissapointing.
The Destiny still looks quite good but i prefer Short Wings and dagger more than big things in his backpack ^^ thinks

The Destiny is a cool lokking gundam but the real big thing Bandai did was that the HG 1/144 looks great, but the 1/100 its that much, I wonder is they will make Destiny in MG?????

Love the gundam, hate the pilot. And yes, I really like the 'jester' marks on its face. It gave the gundam kinda badass looking attitude. Too bad it got crippled like a fallen jedi in the anime. Must be the bad pilot.
call me an idiot but i love Destiny Gundam and Shinn , wish he plunged his long sword into Strike Freedom and killed Kira for sure that time anyway, Good Work makin Destiny look better :D
I think calling it a "jester" mask makes the gundam babytize it a little. what about scars under the eyes or somthing... anyways thanks for sharing those tips. AND... KIRA IS OWNAGE. S.F. 4EVER

sweet work danny! but tell us, how is the CR destiny?! is it posable or troublesome? i've been "studying" it in a shop and i've observed that there doesnt seem to be a secure locking tab for the hand/shield "gloves".
MAAAAAN, Destiny Gundam kicks as - though to be honest, Destiny Impulse was a bit better. And this...this is...God's Gift to Destiny, honestly. The chest proportions are somewhat iffy, but it isn't NEARLY as fat as, say, the CR-Force Impulse or I-Justice. (S-Freedom's fat-chested too, but it's supposed to be) I love the larger mobile shield, the detailed wings, forearms and weapons. The only part that has me miffs, besides the pathetic-looking "tears", is that there isn't a part to make it look like the Wings of Light are on - but hey, it still owns my miserable little soul.
Do you have close up pic's of the decals on the "Destiny Gundam" I want to use it on my 1/100 version of it
