#v#ace2_game.jpg#v# Another Centurys EpisodeのCMが結構出ていましたね。

It's all about Kingdom Hearts 2 for me right now. I used to work for Nintendo, and as you all know Nintendo is all about inovation lately. To me, invovation is great and all, but I need a story with twists and love and something that can send a chill down my spine of both excitment and suspense. So much is coming out that challenges you physically, requires you to jump up and down on a pad, or wave around a nunchuck but really what I want for myself is a good ole story game like I hope Metal Gear 4 will be.

I'm more of an RPG person and so i totally agree that the story is the most important. Some of the newer RPGs can't beat the storyline of older classics like FF6.

Yeah, your right Danny, the game seems way to easy at the beginning. Although the fight with GPO-1 v GPO-2 was freaking awesome.

T_T *Sniff* That was pretty beautiful... *sniff* That was a very interesting video Danny and it makes me want the game. But two problems stand in my way:

1. I don't understand Japanese well so I would be having a hard time understanding what the mission was all about... and not understanding what the characters are yelling about.

2. I don't own a PS2 which makes me Sony-less and ACE2-less. I mean it'll pretty hard to play a game if you don't have the console to play it. :'(

The graphics look great and the gameplay looks pretty fluid. The game looks a lot of fun and makes me want to play it, and I do mean play it! So... Danny... if you're not satisfied with it... you think I can have it when you're done? XP

A lot of the exclusive Japanese Import games normally range from 60-70$. None of the mainstream stores (as far as I know) do not carry any Domestic Japanese games, so you'll have to try your luck at smaller stores that are littered in Chinese strip malls. They usually have a large selection (although some are pirated copies) that will please any buyer. If any of you reside in the GVRD or around there and visit Richmond often in the summer you might have noticed the Chinese Night Market. Stalls there are known to carry some imported games.

Cheers,

Looks nice'n clean graphics-wise... Pity the controls run on an X-Axis setup. I wish they would put in the L2/R2 buttons as footpedal controls and allow you to pitch, roll and flare when combined with the thumbsticks. Gundams should really control like fighter planes while using their jets - just much more deft and agile. Also theres barely any fighting actually going on - your shields didnt even drop by 100 throughout the whole mission. There really should be tight dogfights, weaving in and out the shuttles. But oh well. Just a pity we dont get Gundam games here :(

I've watched plenty of Gundam animes in my time (but I'm sure you've [as in Danny] watched more) and one thing that I've always thought that the Gundam movements and actions would be very difficult to translate to a game.

And from time to time I still do think that way. The anime itself has s a whole lot going on and I don't think they'll create a Gundam game that would meet the set level of spazztic action while at the same time being really easy to pick up and play.

I agree with Matfei - seems like the movements are really awkward, and the whole game engine looks very jittery, y'know? I imagined much more one-on-one action. It really reminds me of ZOE, which did have some good gameplay moments, but ultimately fell flat because of the repetition. I think I'll still give it a go, though - at least the graphics look gorgeous.

JP imports are way expensive here. $60 - $90 a pop..OUCH!! and have to cross the bridge to NYC to get'em. If you ask my wife I spend too much of my time gaming, tho that maybe the consensus with most wives? Between the PC and PS2, I dare not tally a total. Currently addicted to ES: Oblivion, DOD and BF2...looking forward to cracking open Kingdom Hearts 2 this weekend.

finished the game within 2 days. Overall opinion of the game is......some mechas are over-powered, use them and its totally ownage. Graphic is there, but game play they need to polish more. Now playing limiter off, basically just keep spamming the attack button.

No replay value, play it once and tats it. IGPX game is a CD ps2 game, imo is a fan service crap. If you are a IGPX fan(ahem fanboy maybe), go ahead get it. If not, dun bother.

well i just completed this game, as some of the other people who have said, this game is wayy too over powered for some mechs and really crap for others... ETC Wing Zero probly has the most bang for the buck, for most stages because u can clear stages with its rolling twin busters ... while on the other hand ... mechs like the god ... gundam.. its either i don't know how to play it , or its just totally crap.

overall i enjoyed climax u.c more because of its faster gameplay, ACE2 has really slow gameplay... i can't get really used to it.
