*Gasps* Strike-Freedom Model! Lightning Edition! *Drools* I seriously need to order those if I'm gonna get more Gundam models, see if there's any I really like.

Haha is that lil bitty thing the hazel, thats quite the disapointment indeed, as for the Freedom it should hurry up and burn. Why doesnt Bandai make a Destiny gundam.

Haha. I picked up a copy of Dengeki hobby a few months ago. It came with a Hazel model. At least yours is colored. Quite small indeed.

I just wanted to pass along.. you made www.boingboing.net because of your Storm Trooper outfit. Way to go! -Zorron

I thought this issue will be a good buy after reading the preview in the Feb issue but after seeing the Hazel, (beep beep sound), ok I just received a fax from Japan to have the whole magazine department terminated.

Garrett, if you don't mind me asking, where did you pick up the dengeki mag? Porter Square?

I remember buying Dengeki Hobby more than a year ago in Kuala Lumpur, with the same Hazel model! Only the color is different - the last one was white, with a crest pin of the Titans white bunny. It was the period when the company started promoting AOZ. Another issue of Dengeki Hobby gave away same scale Big Wig - Hi Zack with a huge Beam Launcher. Anyone recall having to see those few issue? Releasing this Hazel again? Trying to be Bandai eh?

Hey Marty. Actually I picked it up at New England Comics in Quincy Center. Yeah. It was an all white model and kinda sucked.

I was really interested in purchasing on of those Dengeki Hobby magazines until I asked the cashier how much they were. Long story short, she looked it up in a catalogue and it turned out that the price was $25.00 CAD. I flipped out and left. The goodie that came with that edition was a Gundam Seed model if I recall correctly. Cheers,

Yeah, the Japanese model magazines are wicked expensive here in the states. Sometimes I wonder if I'm living in the right country.

Japanese Magazines in Singapore are around 60% - 80% more expensive than in japan, but since it comes like within the week to Singapore, I find it within a reasonable cost to justify buying it. Just that I can't get Eroge Mags tho. other than the Megami Magazine.

If you live anywhere near Portland, Oregon (Chopper Dave!) you can get the magazines at Kinokuniya in Beaverton for about $11-$13. If you contact me Dave, I'll be happy to keep you posted on when they come in. Looking forward to what AoZ stuff comes inside that issue! I've seen a few tidbits on 2chat, but your scans rock!
