I'm still determined to get Mirai's anime produced one day - but the manga will probably come first ^^;
Would like to give the kudos to the following who have come up with the latest Mirai wallpaper.
Below: First up is the work of member Lu-k who also runs a great figure review site at mukyaa.com. The title of Lu-k's site is influenced by Nodame^^;

Below: A few banners which I have spotted so far by members Angelo Visconti (otakukun.com), Tragic comedy (My Art Corner) and Frost (Winterheim HDD). Member xjaymanx has a nice long banner on the right column of his site.

Hard to choose her age, I chose 18 but I think her face looks more kinda 17, a manga with Mirai I can believe since there's lot of that stuff (original manga) in Japan made by amateurs (learned from school rumble) but an anime????? It would take perhaps some years for Mirai to get famous, still you said something about a figure of her in previous posts if she do comes out in a figure be sure to warn the community and send loads of emails for us interested people to get her ^^

Thanks Danny for the pimpage, it was a pleasure to give Mirai a touch of haruhiism :o I think she deserves it, as she's our new idol ^^ IMO she can't be 18, since anime school girls never are over this age. I'd say 17 (like Konota) ^^; @Tiny Red Man : it was completely influenced ;)

Oooh, that reminds me, i started work on a wallpaper a while back using the PSD but i have yet to finish it T_T As for age, i recon she should be 18, because it would suit her mature, developed figure and also make her an adult...ahem xD

My fave air-gun is the same two-tone silver-and-black "H&K Super P8" model featured in the Tomb Raider films (with Angelina Jolie) and the videogames. My second air-gun is the "Sig Sauer P228", very similar to the "P229 Sport" used by Ghost in the Matrix trilogy! 17. 18 is too old. She should be getting a job at 18 and she loses any sort of naivety that goes along with that gorwing experience. But then, she looks too old for 16. It's really a tough one. TOUGH!

I think 18 is a good age for Mirai-chan. She can still be young in mind at any age. I've met a few Japanese 20-somethings that are still quite innocent about many things, no offense to anyone.

Just wondering if Mirai-Chan's story will be the same in the future possible manga than what you let us preview in your April fool's joke. 18 seems very nice. I don't really enjoy anime with characters that are supposed to be 15 when they look about 17 or more (look at Saint Seiya for example... do they really look like teenagers?). Hmm, who said doujinshi and eroge? Not me. ^-^

All, I had actually decided 17 ^^; not too young and not too old. D_Blade, The story that I told on April the 1st is the setting for Mirai and does not change - the names of some of the characters may change though. kinslayer, Am looking in to it ^^ Arekusu, Look forward to seeing it!
