I have that Mikuru figure pre-ordered...also one of each of the bunny versions ;_; Ive heard they are only releasing 5000 of that Haruhi, if so good lucking getting one..its really a nice looking figure and i imagine ill try my best to get one.
That is one well made figure. All those creases and variation in colour tone in the clothing. I'm sure all Haruhi fans will be proudly putting tbis in the centre of their display case... And er, worshipping it day and night >_>
Aceness! This one looks a lot more in character that the bunny girl PVC figure coming out later this year. But no bunny girl costume though - Agh! Will definately get this one. Love those clumpy shoes - a very unusual and different attribute for a cute anime girly figure.

BAH! My list is currently down to nearly nothing due to budget constraints and not enough time on my hands to work on and complete projects. I would love though to start collecting figurines! Thanks Danny the figure of Haruhi looks great (I have never seen the Haruhi Anime; its on my list to watch).

um Danny i reckon you should look up Figure FM and do some moderating...its very unpleasant with that 'kkk man' ruining the place. On other hands, very nice figure there. SUZUMIYA HARUHI !!! =D

I'm most likely going to preorder this instead of the Atelier-Sai version. Disappointed when they didn't actually replicate the fishnet detail + overcharging quite a bit. I'm starting to like Koto stuff since meronpan Shana and Iriya. XD Unfortunately, I'm quite broke from the ARIA sets.. Aika will cost me another 6800 yen by the end of November, as well as Alicia in December for the same price.

Can anybody confirm the rumor/info that there will only be a run of 5000 figures? Someone mentioned it in the comments of this post. Akiba blog has a couple of articles on the figures, and the number 5000 does appear in both. Nifty's translation says "5000 first time limitation". I don't know if to take that as 'first preorder run of 5000 units' or '5000 units limited edition - total'. If someone who can read Japanese can help, it will be appreciated.

Max Factory really did a good job on the 1/8. All the detail we expect on present. This is currently the best model I can find of Haruhi, now hope we are getting Mikuru and Yuki soon.
