The Bandai line of figures that we love to hate and love to have - Gundam Fix Figuration.
I dont understand what Bandai's strategy is around the GFF series because of the way that they seem to try to separate Zeonology, GFF and Cosmic Region - they are even different sections on the official site... #w#1,2,Kampfer#w# If you want to see Kampfer in action, watch War in the pocket and cry your eyes out at the end.
This release is available on pre-order at Amazon for 2,893 yen.
This scan and the ones below from this months Hobby Japan.

#w#3,4,Keroro Fix Figuration#w# Not sure if you were aware but Keroro is the next line to join the GFF family and cool do they look too. First out will be Keroro and Giroro - both are available on pre order at amazon.

#w#5,6,Akatsuki#w# We've seen the close ups at Chara Hobby and here are the scans for good measure.
Out next month and also available on pre order at Amazon for 3,538 yen.

Essentially Fix Figuration models are painted action figures with good detail, right?

Yes the GFF are pretty much 1/144 replicas with higher degrees of details and articulation (in some instances). Not only do they look better, they are considerably more sturdy (without their accessories on) if one was to push it off a table.

im not really fond of GFF's at all, their just 1/44 action figures to me. bandai should bring in more pgs/mgs and lesser of those GFF series >

Must have Kampher, must have Keroro, reaching for wallet now... ^o^ I always thought it was to bring emphasis to the often overlooked suits of the Zeon.

GFF/Zeonagraphy Kampfer looks really cool. Definitely a sure-buy for me. It looks 'fatter' than the MG version, or maybe that's just my own feeling?

The Akstuski fix's proportion is not right to me, the legs are too short, the backpack is too small. I don't think I'll buy this one afterall, such a disappointment

I agree, the Kampfer proportions looks kind of off.

Wow, both the Kampfer and the Akatsuki look awesome. I want both of them so badly. I think the Kampfer is the coolest non-Gundam mobile suit out of all of them. The Akatsuki is also really cool.
