Back in Tokyo on the ever so missed 100Mbps connection so on with the Glorious Gundam Goodness from Chara Hobby.
Today we are going to have a look at some of the models used in Hobby Japan magazine. My favorite in particular is the Destiny kit that you see in these pics – it was kind of crying out “break the glass and take me home!”
From time to time, Hobby Japan have a "send-in-your-photos-of-your-gunpla" thing from time to time and they publish a few pages of the best submissions - if you really dig your finished models, you may want to send them in.
More Chara Hobby tomorrow.
Looks like you enjoyed yesterdays GGG (Groovesome Gundam Goodies) so how about some more...(more)

they all looks sooooo cool. the impulse destiny looks a bit strange, but still the color scheme suits it well. Thank you again for all the wonderful pictures you posted today Danny.
by the way, I have a question about Hobby Japan's "send-in-your-photos-of-your-gunpla" is it open for japan resident only?

I particularly liked the modifications done to Destiny's blue, arm covers (Solidus Fulgur) and Strike Freedom's feet and wings.

Awesome pics, as always, Danny!

That Destiny Impulse Gundam looks sooo sick. I wish they made a 1/100 of it. I like it so much more than Destiny Gundam (mainly it has 2 of each weapon instead of just one like the Destiny). I also love that the beam boomerangs are on the arms. The Outframe and Testament look awesome as well.

I swear, I'm never ceased to be amazed by the quality and design of Gundam models and what people can do to them. That Destiny kit is pretty slick.

Oooh... I must be weak; I don't think I can pick a favorite. (^o^) Although, I have this sudden urge to build and submit my own work. I hope they don't laugh too hard at Hobby Japan. (^_-) Thanks for the great photos Danny.

Hi... can anyone tell me if my bandai Master Grade model has some parts broke out....
How can I purchase the spare parts overseas?
Because I found that the re-order parts form inside the catalog only for Japanese only.

Thank you very much

You guys are so lucky! In New Zealand I have only found very few people that love them like I do; though I'm only new at collecting gundams, but new to modelling. I wish I could visit your fair country just to buy heaps of Gundams, as their too expensive over here! Your so lucky
