I've seen much Haruhi cosplay but this collection of photos has to be the best that I've seen so far.
kirinon has a ton of other photos from recent cosplay events so check out his top page too.

Speaking of cosplay, theres going to be a ton of cosplay at tomorrows Chara Hobby Event in Makuhari - check out pics from 2005 and also at the summer Wonder Festival this Sunday. I'll be shooting all day at Chara Hobby and *may* turn up in armor for Wonder Festival on Sunday - which would be a cosplay only day for me.

I just need to make sure that I get my grubby mitts on that Haruhi T-shirt at this weekends events...

Cosplay is neat. Really, I myself like to cosplay as a Galactic Marine from Star Wars Revenge of the Sith (The costume is home-made and the armor is made of steel).

Aaa cosplaying, what a great activity where you stay awake all night long for 2 weeks to finish your costume ...
Anyway, this girl looks nice. The costume is well done too.

I just finished watching my Genshiken anime dvds and you make a post about cosplaying and those events. Must be a sign.

I'm not a cosplayer, but I've known a passionate few. I'm sure there'll be a few Haruhi cosplayers, but I wonder if you'll see any Yuki ones out there. Thanks for going to the events and taking one for the team

Ah yes, the Haruhi-ism. The cosplay is so good she almost looks unreal, and that's saying alot.

Nice find Danny.

Wow she's very pretty! This is the best Haruhi cosplay I've ever seen. I myself am trying to get into cosplay. I'm about to get my hands on some Clone Trooper armor. Hopefully by next week. I'll get arrested for sure! LOL.

Well I have a philosophy when it comes to Cosplay...if its bad cosplay, you usually end up with a 400 pound hairy fat guy dressed as Yuna from FFX. But if its good...its REALLY good! ^_^

Basically what im saying is that its either one thing or the other...never inbetween

Andy, might be just contact lens ^^ but still, she really fits the role. I've seen some some cosplayer who tries to look cool but end up looking silly.
