I found my self starting to drool after looking at the coolsome weapons that come with the up n coming release of GM Sniper out at the end of September.

I personally prefer this over the GM that came with the GFF RX-78 Ver Ka - the colors and the tons of weapons do the job for me. Folks in Japan can get theirs at amazon for 3,630 yen.

Speaking of Gundam - get ready for a week of coverage from the Chara Hobby toy event held next Saturday/Sunday in Makuhari - 3 huge halls filled with toys n figures. This years theme is "Robot festival". Looks like there is also going to be a Ghost in the Shell booth there too. And yes - unlike the previous events like Wonder Festival - there will be a ton o Gundams.
Expect the coverage on the week of 21st August.

WoooooT!!!!! I GET TO BE THE FIRST TO COMMENT!!

Kinda drooling over the weapons on this baby too...

Not so much over the MS itself though... Ever seen the GM Sniper in the game MS Saga: A New Dawn? Awesome colors! Kinda like the Blue Destiny Gundam colors.

Keep on doing you thing Danny!!

Thats more my style of Mech and I actualy like the basic colors. Some mechs seem to have a ridiculous weapons, the more they have the less I like it. This actually looks like something that could be used, instead of hung on a christmas tree.

I have to admit: that sniper rifle in the first pic is definitely ass-kicking, even though I'm not a big fan of any GM 'mutation' :-). Being able to convert to Gundam is pretty sweet as well. However, The real mecha I'm looking forward to is the Zeonography Kampfer coming out at the end of this year. Any updates on that yet?

Edward, wishing for a Gundam Sniper series in Michigan
Thanks Danny, I've wanted to check this one out. This is definitely a must have! Christmas can't get here soon enough! (^o^)

Agreed, it's a nice compliment of sharp-shooting and close combat weapons. Just think what a human type sniper could do... It adds a whole new dimension to the concept "one shot one kill". (^^;)

Wow!! I just recently discover your site, Danny. It is AWESOME!!!! I have to dig through here more when I have time.

This GM is cool as hell. I can't get into the Gundam Fix line (too expensive for me) but this is one I might pick up. I wish they did this one in HGUC format.

If you seen the Keroro Gunsou movie part of the plot involved him buying a MG Ver. KA model of this same figure. It was amusing.

Looks pretty good! Although I woupld probably keep it in the GM form. Ive always felt that the scheme for the RX-78-1 wa lacking something, and this just looks like a knock off of it. (the green just doesnt fit...)

Anywho I hope you get some good shots of some Gundam stuff Danny! If you happen to see the MG Crossbone X-1 then please take a LOT of pictures of it! Thanks! ^_^

I managed to nab one of these GM Snipers from HobbyLink Japan, and am dead chuffed that I did!! Think the sheer volume of weapons pretty much stunned me, as did the amazing amount of detail!! Which may help explain why I'm going for a Madrock next. By the way, can anyone recommend the Z II ?
