Was worrying that the GFF release of the X3 was going to be too similar to the X1. From these pics, looks like they are different enough to warrant a purchase - that crossbow looks rather coolsome - If I was to be shot by a crossbow than that would be the one - go in style I say.
Folks in Japan can get theirs at Amazon for 3,287 yen.

hi danny
i've never brought a FFX gundam, but this one looks rather cool.whats the finish like on them? will the paint scatch off easily?

The paint is quite durable, isn't scratch proof but it isn't fragile either. Doesn't rub off on fingers or smear off with sweat really. really nice figures. The cross bow sold me on this figure, gonna go ahead and get it when it comes out.

Fix Figuration really vary in quality ... sometimes the paintworks sux ... and there's also the loose joint problems on some ...

The only one i ever bought was a #018 Deep Striker ...

I was considering to buy the Cosmic Region Destiny Freedom #7003 but I'm not sure abt its quality

Luckily I skipped the X2 on Discount (A hefty half-price!) This Crossbone FFX looks worth every punny with the new arsenal and add-ons.

Speaking of Crossbone, Bandai will be releasing a Crossbone X1 Ver Ka MG in September. I'm looking forward for that.

Yay!More crossbone goodness! I can't wait until the MG Crossbone X-1 Kai comes out, only it will take forever to get it at either gundammodels.com, gundamshop.com or gundamstoreandmore.com or ohter places in America as I don't want to pay $25 for shipping. I will be waiting a while, as most of the above listed places dont even have the GYAN!

Now... only a matter of time till me get a MG Turn-A!

Hey take the rumor of the MG Crossbone with a grain of salt.

There is nothing about it mentioned in Bandai's upcoming Gunpla lists. You can see for yourself at Gunota Headlines.

Im not saying it wont happen, im just saying be very skeptical at the moment...

@ gits_sac in Singapore: I am sure you are aware that the reason it "follows very closely to the 'Skull heart' manga"
is because it is from the Skull Heart manga. It's Tobia's Crossbone Gundam X1KK "Skull Heart"

Having said that...Me? It's that second cloak that sold me. so badass-looking. That, and the pic with it in said cloak, holding the peacock smasher(that nine-barrelled crossbow gun) in one hand and the Muramasa Blaster (The X3's bigass white sword-type weapon with a skull-and-crossbone on the hilt) in the other.
