Ero i beleive is a shortened term for Erotic, like the Ero-Games (Eroge) which in the US at least are called H-games. Some of the more well known Ero-Games would be, Air, Kanon, Fate/Stay Night, Tsukihime, Shuffle!. Generally they are visual novels with the goal of seeing the girl whose story line you are working on nude.

I would have a difficult time managing the three asian languages.
