The Chara Hobby 2006 is *the* (and usually biggest) toy event and this year it will be held at Maku Hari Messe on the 19th and 20th of August. From looking at the official page, you can see that all the big players will be there including our fav mags Dengeki Hobby and Hobby Japan. If you are planning to come to Japan this year - you may want to time it to coincide with the Chara Hobby.

The mascot (which is called "Hobby Chan") for this years event may look familiar to Natsumi Hinata fans - thats because it has been designed by Mine Yoshizaki - the guy who does Keroro Gunsou.
