#v#project_blue.jpg#v# Project Blue 地球 SOS (chikyu SOS) was something that really caught my eye at the TAF - the fluid animation, character design UFO's shooting seven shades of poop out of earthlings done it for me. The camera work is quite wobbly as I had a number of people bouncing me left right n center. The first of the six installments will be released this Autumn.

That doesn't impress me as Yukikaze is much better in both aircraft design and fetching visual effects. By the way, the pink vehicle seems like a plagiarism from Thunderbird...

Looks pretty good, but I'm not sold yet. I'd have to actually know what they're saying first. =D

But you know there's always gotta be a topless woman somewhere in there. It just wouldn't feel right without one.

Why are the character designs/drawings so bad? It looks like it's from the 90s.

It looks very "Iron Giant/Big O" with all of the retro style Scifi weaponry. It maybe a hit (if only for the fact that its different than the mainstream anime (Gundam, Eureka Seven, Fullmetal Panic style mechs).

Go go Power Rangers. I wish they'd bring that back onto the TV. Hey Danny I was wondering whats the best way to paint models using an airbrush. (like the results you got when you painted your Titans MK II)?

Cheers/Thanks!

The aliens arrival scene at the beginning remembered me the same scene in the Indipendence Day film with Will Smith, but it looks very cool!

Nice! I like the alien/ship designs kinda have that's 60's sci-fi theme to it. That jet has some cool weapons reminds of 90's side scroller jet games =)

This looks gooooood. The airplane action sequences remind me very much of Macross Zero (STILL currently my favourite series) and that means I'll probably make a note of watching this when it comes out.
