On display at the Bandai booth was Strike Noir from the up n coming Gundam Seed CE 73 Stargazer - but being typical Bandai, they bring it out as a HG... WE WANT MORE MG's!

For me, Strike Noir is the combination of the following:

Head & shoulders: Akatsuki
Body & legs: Strike Gundam
Backpack wing unit: Astray Blue Frame 2L - modified to have beam blade and Freedom Gundam (for the railgun-alike weapon)
Waist pistols: ZGMF-X12A (RGX-00) Testament Gundam

Well the design certainly is an interesting one. From the looks of it in that picture in the background there will be a Buster type adaptation in Stargazer. And another Gundam type that you can't really see anything of except the head. This does look promising albeit short! ^_^

GMBlueDestiny, it says on the card next to the model: 1/144. These don't look as cool as Freedom, Justice, and Akatsuki, but I really want to see this series when it comes out. I'm a HUGE Gundam Seed fan. It's too bad it's only going to be 3 episodes long...

I hope someone buys the model, builds it and then melts it to make a ramen noodle cup.

Cheers,

This is a disappointing model for me..... the color combinations, the design, the appearance.... simply sucks.... it's my own opinion... so don't hate me if you find yourself like this guy :)

We just got our fist stocks of the MG version and it is mighty, mighty tasty I can tell you. Has to be up there with the MG RX93Nu3 Gundam in terms of dessirability.
Keep trying to find the time to consider building one, but I know it's just ain't gonna happen...
