Nidaram, I would say IGPX is quite popular based on the posters, TV ads and the game thats coming out.
The main mecha sorta looks like the Moto Bisar from Arm-Diver.
for some reason, those guys in blue reminds me of megaman/rockman
decent series although I've only seen it in American I would hope the Jap version would be better XD
