Production IG had some nice bits n pieces for Ghost in the Shell Solid State Society - I want those figures!
BTW, Gonzague took some excellent footage at the TAF - check out the 7 min HD video clip! Its the next best thing to being there (without the crowds).

Well, Pokemon technically came out shortly before Digimon, but Digimon is not a rip off in the least. They just happen to both have 'mon.

Digimon is actually Bandai's "boy version" of Tamagotchi, which predated Pokemon by quite a bit. In essence, it's the sequel to a game that predates Pokemon.

And then there's the fact that the toys, games, manga, and anime series are nothing alike, and Digimon is by far more mature (the manga features plenty of blood and gore), with the anime at times dealing with death and even suicide. (Digimon Tamers was directed by the same man that directed Serial Experiments Lain, FYI). It's also chock full of demons and lovecraftian style monsters, if that's your cup of tee.

Whoa, very nice figures.. don't like Motoko standing on a Tachikoma though :(

Are those prepainted (cuz I can't paint)?, if they are - I'm one of the buyers :)

When will these become avaible?
