Hey, great site. I, for one, am happy for you. If you are living your life, and feel fulfilled, then by all means, keep doing what you're doing. you're not hurting anyone. There will always be haters. and just remember that even without the kind of money that we want, life can still be grand if we have loved ones with us to share what we have. keep posting and take care.
Another thing--about the toy purchasing--I really enjoy collecting these types of things and supporting all the ideas floating around. Having a passion for the art world, if I had the talent to design great characters, write wonderful scripts, and sculpt figures that capture the imagination of a country or the world, then i would love it if people would support it enough for me to keep on doing it. Especially if it puts food on the table. Sure, it's big business now, but it all starts with the artist. Guilty pleasure, if you like--but it's still for the greater good, and most of all, it's fun. It might hurt your wallet from time to time, but you can't bring the money with you when you die. Just make sure to save and invest--let your grandchildren inherit the fun you had.
