I don't this comment really has anything to do with the model but how tall are 1/60 models usually? and 1/100 models?

how do u paint the WING CUSTOM ZERO like that. i mean the blue part has 2 different colours. so can u tell me how u paint like that?

*Shudders in glee* Awww, those pictures of Wing Zero are absolutely beautiful. Danny, I know for fact yours is gonna be alot better. But man, looking at those pictures makes me want to get one too. Wing Zero and Strike Freedom man!

1/100 models are usually 6-7 inches, and 1/60 models are about a foot tall. (12 inches). There are some exceptions though, like the mecha in Victory Gundam.

That looks awesome indeed. Ill be getting a Wing Zero Custom, but its not to build it. I need to take its bones to build a conversion of the X2, Quite a waste of a Wing Zero, but I never liked it anyways. Haha Im probably going to be hated by so many Wing Zero lovers. Theres no way, however that I can simply throw a $50 model away though. Im going to have to practice my resin casting. I love that Hazel gundam its quite a work of art.

I've seen the HRUDUDU thinger sell for $40 on eBay since its not in circulation anymore. I like the Wing Zero MG KA, but the only thing that disturbs me is that its rather short and the head unit is small (smaller than the OYW RX-78).

Sweeeeet! I can't wait to see what yours looks like when your done!

be careful with the mastergrade, i hear the joints on the wings wear stupidly fast.

Im after the hrdudu but chances of getting hold of one is 0 chance. My pg wing custom is yet unbuilt and i was thinking using the colors that guy used for his. Would it be too expensive to not paint it with original colors ? Btw to get two different colors on one part use masking tape.

youve got to be carefull with masking tape as unless you really stick it down you'll get paint seeping under it, try electrical tape or ducktape.

Hmm...it seems like everytime I see a new form of Hazel it's more rediculous than the first. I've got the 1/200 scale of the Hazel that was cast in all white. I once thoght it to be cool. Alas. I have been duped.

nice pics. but about the 1/100 Mg wing zero custom its a fine kit but bandai did a crappy job with its wings they wear down fast and the feathers have a tendcy to fall off. they also make the kit very back heavy but when it is on its stand it's fine, and i'm pretty shore that the kit also includes 2 standrad hand matnipurlators 1 for the wings zero and the other is form the wing gundam version ka. On my kit it seems to have a weird neck problem were the neck articulation is not correct, it cant bend too far foward with out the head popping off, not shore if it was me when i built the kit or if it is just the kit. I also own the wing gundam version ka. which i personally think is a better kit becuase the neck is fine on the ka. and its intenals are made with better plastic which inturn gives the kit a stiffer build when compared to its bother the wing zero. you will need the stiffer build because i believe neither kit will come with screws and both have alote of joints where it is plastic on plastic.

No no Danny has the right kind of tape. I saw it when he bought all that stuff (another Gouf, the USB to IDE thingy...) Its the Tamiya masking tape. Its just sticky enough so it wont take paint with it when you pull it up.

I love the HRUDUDU, its a nice addition to my Advanced and Hazel Custom. Its design is flawless, but the naming is sensationally BAD! How the hell are you suppose to pronunce it anyway? I am kinda ashamed to introduce my cool looking Hazel Custom with its attachment called HRUDUDU... which really sounds like some offensive language. Anyone wants me to kill the guy who named it? I will do it for free this time...

I agree, the HRUDUDU is an awesome addition to the Hazel but now unfortunately impossible to find anywhere -_- Danny I've browsed your Gundam galleries and I see pics where you're spraypainting etc...the mask you use seems a bit thin? It would be worthwhile investing in a mask with filters etc. Remember if you can smell it, you're breathing toxic fumes in!

Umm i just discovered this whole web site...IT REALLY SWEET, nice hobby. How dose one build such sweet gundams?

An impressive website. Stylish, informative and a visual treat. I shall be visiting more often.

This Gundam is named after a character in the novel "Watership Down" by Richard Adams. Pronounce the h sound, then roo, doo, doo...

I never seen this MS before. But it looks cool. We don't have many model kits here,so maybe here its rare.GOT TO GO TO JAPAN!! Errrr!

Norman, I know how U feel!! S.Africa is very limited to.....it sux!! I gotta make a plan to, internet purchasing doesnt work out......the anticipation.....Grrr!!

I am guessing, but I think the name of this robot model is an homage to Richard Adams's WATERSHIP DOWN -- in "rabbit language," the word "hrududu" means "car." Do you know if this is accurate? Great site, incredible photography.
hey danny, you mentioned you were gonna get a start on this kit....sometime ago LOL. i was just wondering. is this the HG rx121 and the FF-X29A G Parts kit? or is there actually a kit for this hazel custom...
Looks very complicated to put together, something I am probably unable to build...
