Well yesterday was a day of events for us in Japan.
1: It was the emperors B'day in japan so we all got a day off (woohoo).
2: There was a
Candy Girl event which I will cover in a different post.
3:
WORLD HOBBY FESTIVAL! As you have read before - this is a toy n figure event which takes place a few times a year dotted around Japan - this time it was held at Tokyo Big Site and was my first toy fair attendance in Japan. Luckily, we managed to get hold of our press passes so were able to go in early before the 20 million Otaku waiting outside and take some mouth watering pics and video clips - a full report coming very very soon ^o^/.
As you can see, I managed to nab
Blue Destiny Gundam - and not only that, it was just released yesterday and they were flogging it for a piffling
2,000 yen! (the retail price is
4,179 yen. Expect to see a Blue Destiny Gundam gallery opening here soon...
