I can imagine that, some situations where he doesn't say goodbye to them in the morning when they go to school and then gets all obsessed over it and stalked them for the rest of the day. Probably gets caught by the police, knowing the luck we guys have in anime.

I think there's gonna be some INTERESTING pictures people would be making if Mirai had an older brother... AND, I want those people to be making those INTERESTING pictures... I see this as the only reason why she shouldn't have a brother. While it's nice to have some ecchi stuff on this page I think it has it's limits. I guess this is what you should expect if you make up a guy and his two younger sisters and put them on the internet.
you're completely right, but then again, even if there wasn't an older brother for Mirai to "Interesting Picture" with, the doujin mob would just take the next closest guy character around and ditto. Theres nothing we can do about it really. Its the internet!

What's going to stop people from using Mirai and her sister for some strange incest. Unfortuately it seems that if Mirai has sibblings of any kind they probably end up doing the hanky panky together.

i think mirai's smile looks better and calms everyone's feeling... her sister's smile not bad, but not so powerful to change someone's feeling... i wish his older brother will have kind and honest face ^^

I see that Mirai-chan's little sister is rather on the mischievous side. Well, if she had an older brother, I'd hope he would be a responsible guy, very caring but still a bit strict in terms of manners, but also being in a very serious relationship with a girl he has met in school or at work. (Please no School Days mayhem or other crazy drama development for that guy, thank you. Btw, I don't dream about those incestuous relationships... In fact I just abhor them, so please leave that possibility out as well)
He could be an otaku who only likes 3D girls. That way an incestuous relationship could never happen. :D
oooh, the fail-safe. Of course, if the Doujin artists wanted incest, they can MAKE incest. No defense for Mirai on their pages. The main-plot could TRY by pointing out the older brother is like... married or something... but somethings can be conveniently forgotten while writing doujinshi. I mean, its practically an parallel story line using "If XX happened this would have happened."

Well, if you begin on character references and preferences, I will give mine... ^^ I'd prefer him to be like Yuuichi-kun from Kanon 2006. Very caring, also having a tendency to tease girls in a funny way, but still keeping a great sense of honesty and seriousness when the right situations ask for it.
Mine would be the absolutely normal and kind mystes boy Sakai Yuji. Although I admit he certainly has no strong points to compete against Yuichi, I like him since he's normal and kind, but can be courageous when the times call for it.

I think that an older brother (usually 3 years older than Mirai) is needed in the Suenaga family. Oh, and Mirai's sister needs to be more spunky and lively.
I get the feeling things get sort of weird when you have a whole family of future children spruiking your site >< ..but maybe a handsome older cousin? hah.
IMHO i think the whole 2 sisters thing is really really cute. - adding a brother into the equation will just ruin the balance & make the whole thing lose its spark. after all the 2 sisters will pick on the younger brother a hell of a lot 2 sisters = something to talk n giggle about. 1 sister & 1 brother = prepare to die just seems incredibly cruel to add him in by himself as he will have nothing in common to talk to the girls about - thus making him a bit of an outsider as he wont get the right kinda attention that he wants or wishes for. trust me Danny ive been there & done that!! dont make the boy suffer lol

She definitely has a mischievous feel to her, because of her expression. Nice! A big brother for Mirai would be an interesting dynamic story-wise: maybe you can make it so that although Mirai is quite protective of her younger sister, she dislikes being constantly checked-up on by their brother. Oh, the irony... ;p On a side note, I can't wait to see that new Mirai Mark. It looks sufficiently playful and appropriate somehow... ;p

I still want and plan to draw you a Mirai pin-up / fanart, Danny. Just been way too busy with everything else like finish renovating / moving house and going to a local pop culture convention (someone actually did a 2.5D cosplay but I didn't have my camera with me and forgot that I could have taken one with my phone). Been really stuck on a good Mirai pose I could draw for you. Want to make it sexy and cute at the same time. Looking forward to seeing the final design for Mirai's sister, too. Might incorporate both by the time I get around to it. >__<

I'm probably in the minority here, but I feel that the little sister looks too much like mirai. As in, rather than being a separate character, she could just be mirai doing some cosplay. They're not distinguishable enough at this stage. It may change once the pics get coloured but that's the feeling I get from the sketch.
