Next up from yesterdays Tokyo Anime Fair is a new show called RD Senno Chosashitsu being brought to us by the folks who gave us Ghost in the Shell - Masamune Shirow with Production IG.
Set in 2061 where humans can share their thoughts through some sort of network. Peoples memories go missing and wot not which sounds very Ghost in the Shell - a good thing! Goes on air next month.

That looks purdy! Somewhat watery too. Production IG (as well as Gainax) is my favourite animation studio. Love their work. Dont suppose they have any jobs going, eh? That android is just creepy...

I'd have to watch much of GiTS if I wanted to go for that one (Watched the first movie twice a while ago, some sparse episodes of First Gig and none of the second... The rest is unknown to me), but hey it darn is worth it. The picture of Holon (below the video featuring her) quite creeped me out. She seems to be suffering from the "bulging peepers syndrome" or in other words seems to have the eyes (the upper ones) of a cow. Perfect for Halloween. ^^;;

I love ghost in the shell (isn't it obvious?), and coincidentally, a fan IG and Shirow. So I'll give this one a look, but seriously; where's my thirds season of GitS :D?!

I love Production IG and RD is totally going on my TO-WATCH list; the animation is very amazing! And here's hoping we get a 3rd season for GITS. Do want. D:

If you people can remember SAC when Motoko fought the armored suit and lost part of her arm, then she screams to Saito to bring down the heavy sniper rifle, the scream animation of her (mouth) is exactely the same as the guy that is screaming in the first video.

I'm a big fan of Masamune Shirow and Production IG works and I can't wait to watch this anime. I only hope that it will be so good as GitS: S.A.C. :)
