Japanese Toys

Went to Tokyu Hands today to pick up my Nirvash which I reserved a while ago - Could not wait for it to be delivered and wanted to fidget around with it ASAP!
Tokyu Hands is a department store in Japan which sells just about everything - including a ton of groovesome Gundams and other Japanese toys. If you come over to Japan - pop over to Tokyu Hands in Shibuya - Shibuya is the flagship store and has the largest selection of toys but beware - you will leave with a dry wallet if you do! Above: This is one of the best things about living in Japan - being able to get hold of the latest Gundams and figures is a must for me - I just have to have items on my wishlist the day they come out! Above: A shelf of Gundams - The Gunpla kits, MIA, Fix Figuration - its all here. Above: And this is my Nirvash from Eureka Seven. Its a complete model thus its not a poseable and detailed as what you would expect from a Gunpla Kit. What you do when you get one of these is to ink it and go over it with Top Coat to give it that mean look - pictures coming soon! I just realized after looking at this photo that the top of Nirvash's head looks like a smiley face - bizarre.

Same here, I wish I can get one Gundam store like that in my hometown as well.
