This week I would like to ask what gets on you nut about dannychoo.com?
For me its loading times. Didn't expect this amount of growth in such a short span of time. Will be setting up an image server and load balancing soon which should help a lot.
I also think the header is a bit big. After working on the header however, I noticed an increase in conversion of people who arrive through a search engine - most probably because it allows new visitors to easily discover new content. What I'm thinking of is doing back to enable users to choose what header they want - extended or folded.
Do let me know what gets on your nut about this site and would love to hear suggestions of what you want. I already hear you regarding the comment edit functionality and will work on that as soon as I can.
