From what I've seen, the show looks pretty good, especially animation wise! I guess I can start watching the 2nd series without going back. I knew I should've bought that Shana artbook!
Shana was actually the reason I started to seek and watch on-air anime......the bosiers I saw on a magazine got me all hyped up...
I didn't manage to watch past the first episode for the first season. Animation for the second season looks good. Will give it a go. Lotsa cute girls ^^; Shana looks lovely in her tsundere personality

Watched the 1st season and the movie. Not sure what to expect in the 2nd season.
I'd say the first episode was a pseudo-recap; it went over the first season pretty well and introduced a new enemy at the same time. The first season made me fail one of my classes, so I'm expecting the same for this one ^^;;

Actually, I wasn't too impressed with the animation. Don't get me wrong. I love watching shakugan no shana. Just that the first episode recycled several scenes from the last season. The part where Shana confronted the English teacher didn't have that much of an impact and like i said this felt like it was recycled. But then again, the first episode still did its job. I am having high hopes on this season ^^

Watched the movie and first episode of the second season, and loved them ^^ I agree, Shana is cutter than ever. Shana is fantastic! Love Shana ^^ Nice opening and nice first episode, even if it only reminded us the situation. Real events will start in episode 2. Can't wait :D
hmm, will I be watching Shana? HELL YEAH!!! Shana, Genshiken 2 and Gundam00 are the only "must watch" shows for me this season. Highly anticipated! I just hope they don't screw it up like Zero no Tsukaima

IMO the second season did improve alot. Shana got cuter(which is seriously dangerous for fanboys; our eyes might just bleed from all the moe-ness), and the animation is kiinda better. But I liked the fuzetsu in the movie. Kinda pity that they didn't use it in the second season as well =/ Well Shana=Nagi.. somehow.. XD

waited a lnog time not as good as i expected in my opinion it kinda ruin the first epi lol... ppl usually do it so they start off with a big bang this is mroe like a -.-" and when i first watch i was like, was i watching the first season ? -.-" (in my opinion first epi = low production cost a way to throw off the fans in many ways its like showing pwnage stuff but giving u the crappy stuff)
this sounds very similar to Fate Stay Night. what with all the sword swinging, & spell chanting as well as some pretty cute cuties awesome. I look forward to watching this

Even though I liked the first season, I feel it could've been way better if they made the same story with less episodes... I hope this season to be really good, and it's definitely on my watch list.
I've always positively adored Shana, but for some strange reason, I've never got a figure of her! O_O How weird! Well, I have the calendar Media Works put out and the first volume of the manga, so that's at least something. Will be sure to buy the set of episodes of the first season when I can (money is tight lately), but will need to wait for the second. Of course, I will need to buy a figure of her ASAP! ^_^
It's true. The voice actress of Shana also plays her role as Nagi Sanzenin. (*There was one episode in Hayate no Gotoku where Nagi shouts out Urusai! Urusai! Urusai! :)
LOL hayate the combat butler is also fun. Shakugan no shana too but i pretty much get confused at times because even though people say theres romance in Shakugan no shana i dont know where in gods creation where the romace is. anyways graphics seemed to have improved and + opening and ending songs by kawada mami Joint & Triangle sound awsome
season 2, a definite hell ya!, and seoson one was great!....i especially got the shock factor from the incest twins always kissing and making out!
